After an initial retainer/set-up fee all remaining fees are paid to Legacy Legal Services each month, on a date set by you, for work that was completed the previous month. The fees are averaged over the course of your retainer so that you will pay only a flat rate. The payment is the same regardless of how much work is done in that month.

The initial payment is collected within 10 days after your retainer begins, in order to pay for the higher set-up expenses during the first two weeks of your casework. To set up your monthly payment date, simply indicate your preferred date of payment, and the regular drafts will automatically commence on that date.

All retainer payments must be collected by means of credit card charge, money order or direct checking account drafts. Legacy Legal Services also offers a warranty of service that promises that if you do not receive positive results, some or all of your retainer fee will be refunded.

We only get paid for results (see our warranty), so you have absolute peace of mind knowing that we are doing everything that our 21+ years of experience has taught us to do to effectively insure positive change in your FICO/credit scores and your credit history.
