There was no way I had the time or knowledge to fix my credit myself. Legacy Legal did exactly what they said they would do. Thanks for the service & money well spent.

Q & A - Questions and Answers
Is it possible to re-establish my credit file by altering my Social Security Number or using an Employee Identification Number (EIN)?
Yes it is possible and many consumers have been known to do it, but it is fraud. Lying about personal information is a crime. You should steer clear of any company that promotes this fraudulent practice. If you get caught, you could be facing steep fines and even jail time.
In addition, a brand new credit report with nothing on it is suspicious; especially if, at your stage in life, you should have an established file. Plus, no credit history can be just as detrimental as a tarnished credit history. Creditors aren't likely to lend you money if you don't have an established history that demonstrates your creditworthiness.
